1.Be sure to drink enough water

Without water, the skin sags. Water is of top priority for skin tightening. Water helps to moisturize and firm the skin, and it removes toxins from the body. Do not forget that the color of your urine should be very light.

 

2. Weight training and other sports

Build your muscles while burning fat. Be sure to do exercises that will help you tighten your skin and strengthen your muscles. All sports do regularly will also support you in a healthy lifestyle.

 

3.Do therapy with natural oils

Avocado oil, aloe vera gel, olive oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, and other natural oils can help you tighten your skin. Make sure that your skin is slightly warm and moistened when massaging your skin with the oils. Alternatively, you can also use other products produced by various companies, but be careful whether they are approved.

 

4. Eat healthy foods

You can use clay or homemade remedies for skin tightening. Mix a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of witch hazel and a little crushed rosemary together and massage well three to four times on the sagging areas. This mixture helps you tighten your skin.

Brush your skin with a smooth brush before showering or bathing. Avoid to press your skin too hard. Brushing removes dead skin cells.

 

9. Face and facial expression exercises

Facial exercises activate facial muscles that you rarely use. Do these exercises on the cheeks, eyes, lips, neck and forehead twice a day.

 

10. Skin cleaning

Regular skin cleaning benefits that your skin breathes deeply and removes dead skin cells. When you clean your skin, you can apply a mixture of milk, sugar, mashed papaya or strawberries on your skin with a cloth. Later, mix one liter of water with 10-15 drops of apple cider vinegar, cleanse your skin with this mixture and then take a shower.

The massage improves blood circulation and helps tighten your skin.

 

12. Don’t try to lose weight faster

Allow for your body to get used to the change. Weight stability can occur at times, do not let it demoralize you. Do not limit yourself with some methods like skipping a meal, because such these things may cause poor nutrition.

 

13. Avoid anything containing alcohol

Do not drink more than one glass of wine (or any similar alcohol) a day. Alcohol affects negatively your diet and dehydrates your body.
