1. Eat regularly and properly

Eat foods rich in protein and nutrients as possible.

  • Eat fresh and natural foods
  • Avoid ready-made foods
  • Avoid refined sugar and oil
  • Eat mostly fruits and vegetables

2. Don’t drink fluids and eat solid foods at the same time. Get enough fluids.

Get liquids 30 minutes before meal or 30 minutes after meal. The craving to get liquids right after the meal would disappear in time, and you would get used to it. Each person needs a different amount of fluids. Drink 1.5 liters water a day. When the color of your urine is dark yellow, drink water more.

3. Don't skip your meals and plan them

 Your daily routine should include three main meals and three snacks. Do not skip a meal and try to avoid feeling hungry.

4. Set aside time for eating

Even you eat too little, set aside your time for eating. Your meal should last at least 30 minutes. Take small amounts and chew them for a long time. Take short breaks in between them.

5. Don't force yourself

Do not forget that your stomach capacity is very small and you do not want to increase its capacity. Take small piece of food and stop eating as soon as you feel full.

6. Make healthy eating a habit
