Nutrition plan 30 days before the surgery (First 9 days)

  • 1st day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • 1 egg
      • 1 piece of toasted bread
      • 1 small cup of non-fat milk
      • 1 teaspoon honey with butter
      • 1 medium orange
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) [two hours after eating]
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until lunch
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • 70 grams of chicken or turkey with a little spice (You can ad it spices, onion, little, egg, little salt mix with a mixer and shape into meatballs. Fry or grill with little oil)
      • 7 tablespoons of salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce, pepperoni,  lemon, salt, pomegranate juice and a little olive oil)
      • 1 medium apple (two hours after eating)
      • 5-6 sugar-free biscuits (three hours after eating)
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) or sugar-free ice tea (four hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until dinner
      • No bread
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 100 grams of boiled fish
      • 3 tablespoons of steamed broccoli or zucchini
      • 1 small potato with a tablespoon of olive oil
      • 1 small cup of non-fat milk (two hours after eating)
      • Half a bowl of sugar-free composto (three hours after eating)
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) or sugar-free ice tea (four hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed
  • 2nd day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • 1 egg
      • 2 matchbox-size non-fat or low-fat cheese
      • 1 cup of strawberries
      • 1 glass of yogurt
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) [two hours after eating]
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until lunch
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • 100 grams of tuna
      • 1 medium carrot
      • 6 whole grain crackers
      • 1 fruit
      • A plenty of water with lemon (sugar-free)
      • Drink at least four glasses of still water until dinner
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 100 grams fat-free stew with chicken and vegetables (peas, a little potato, carrot, onion, garlic, etc.)
      • 1 handful of hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etc.
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) or sugar-free ice tea (four hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed
  • 3rd day

  • 4th day

      • 1 medium piece of bacon or 2 small pieces of cheese

      • Drink at least four glasses of water until lunch
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • 100 grams of fat-free chicken (Prepare with vegetables and olive oil)
      • 1 carrot
      • 2 tablespoons of beetroot or mashed potatoes
      • 1 cup of blueberry, tirmis, jujube, cranberry, etc.
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak light) [two hours after eating]
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until dinner
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 100 grams of fat-free meat (Prepare with vegetables or as a kebab)
      • 4 tablespoons of zucchini food
      • 2 tablespoons of cooked rice
      • 1 cup of fat-free yogurt (two hours after eating)
      • 1 matchbox-size bitter chocolate - dark or a scoop of fruit ice cream
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) or sugar-free ice tea (three hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed
  • 5th day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • 2 glasses of whey with almonds (Mix 10 almonds or walnuts well and mix with the whey)
        • If you cannot find whey, you can get protein powder from the pharmacy and mix milk with 1.5 dose of protein powder and drink it.
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • 2 cups of meat broth
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) [two hours after eating]
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until dinner
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 1 portion of vegetable dish (beans, broccoli, cauliflower, okra, etc.)
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) or sugar-free ice tea (three hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed
  • 6th day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • 2 glasses of whey with fruit and milk. Puree 1 glass of whey and 1 glass of 3 or 4 strawberries and a small banana, and drink.
        • If you cannot find whey, you can get protein powder from the pharmacy and mix milk with 1.5 dose of protein powder and drink it.
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • 1 portion of pureed vegetable dish (Puree with hand blender or mixer and then eat)
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) [two hours after eating]
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until dinner
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 120 grams of grilled fat-free red meat, plus 4 cloves of well-cooked garlic
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) or sugar-free ice tea (three hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed
  • 7th day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • Mix 2 glasses of milk with fruits (1 peach or 3 apricots with 2 glasses of milk and 6 hazelnuts, and then drink)
      • Sugar-free fruit tea or tea (weak tea) [two hours after eating]
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until lunch.
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • 2 glasses of whey with fruit and milk. Puree 1 glass of whey and 1 glass of 3 or 4 strawberries and a small banana, and drink.

    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
