1. Spread food intake over the day. Do not eat large portions at once. Avoid eating after the evening meal.
  2. Eat in small portions, chew very well and wait at least a minute between each bite.
  3. Drink at least 2 liters of water or calorie-free liquid daily. If your urine is dark yellow, drink more fluid until your urine appears transparent shade of yellow.
  4. Drink very often during the day.
  5. Move as far as possible during the day. Walk for three minutes several times a day.

 

Foods not to be consumed during the diet

  1. Do not drink alcohol and drinks containing.
  2. Do not drink fizzy drinks (cola, energy drinks, etc.).
  3. You can eat sugary and flour products in small quantities.
  4. Do not smoke, and avoid smoking areas.
  5. Cut down coffee and tea
  6. Avoid foods rich in fat
  7. Prefer cooked rather than fried foods
