From the ninth day onwards, you should take nutritional supplements such as vitamins and omega-3 in every day. As a multivitamin, we recommend Supradyn All Day or Pharmaton, and you can take any omega-3 supplement. You should buy these supplements in pharmacies. If you are against these supplements, you don’t have to take it for a long time. However, you should take these supplements for a short period of time, at least the first month after the surgery. Do not forget that we recommend these so that you can recover quickly after the surgery.

Multivitamins: Take your multivitamins twice daily once in the morning and once in the evening (six days in total).

Omega-3: Take this according to the recommended amount and to the daily dose of brand you buy

  • 9th day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • 100 grams of tuna
      • 120 grams of fat-free cheese
      • 2 tablespoons of rice
      • 1/4 glass of low-fat milk
      • 2 small plums
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating)
      • At least four glasses of water until lunch
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • 1 portion of vegetable dish–Prepare it with whey, beans, etc. (use whey instead of water)
      • 1 tomato
      • 1 pureed food prepare with 2 eggs and 1 potato
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until dinner
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 100 grams of low-fat chicken breast with vegetables
      • 4 tablespoons of dry beans
      • 100 grams of low-fat meat
      • Half a tomato, a pair of lettuce leaves, a salad prepared with thyme and pepper (if you like, you can add a teaspoon of olive oil and lemon)
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed
  • 10th day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • Puree 1 small of banana and 1 glass of milk or put through a blender and drink.
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until lunch
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • Puree 7 strawberries and 1 glass of whey or put through a blender and drink.
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating);
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until dinner
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 100 grams of low-fat chicken (Prepare with peas, a little potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic). You can water and tomato paste.
      • 6 forks of pasta
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (three hours after eating);
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed 
  • 11th day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • Puree 3 apricots and 1 glass of milk or put through a blender and drink.
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating);
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until lunch
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • Puree 1 cup of blueberries/cranberries and 1 glass of whey or put through a blender and drink.
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until dinner
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 1 salad prepared with 100 grams of meat (Prepare it with lettuce, tomatoes, basil, parsley, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of oil, a little lemon and spices - cut the meat very small and add it to the salad)
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (three hours after eating);
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed
  • 12th day
    • Breakfast (09:00 - 12:00)
      • Puree 2 small pieces of melon and 1 glass of milk or put through a blender and drink
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating)
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until lunch
    • Lunch (12:00 – 18:00)
      • Prepare and drink 1 glass of whey with plenty of dried mint
      • 5 tablespoons of pot peas
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (two hours after eating);
      • Drink at least four glasses of water until dinner
    • Dinner (18:00 – 23:00)
      • 120 grams of grilled fish or fish fried without oil (prepare with spices, salt, lemon)
      • Sugar-free fruit tea (three hours after eating);
      • Drink at least four glasses of water before going to bed
  • 13th day
    • 08:00 - 1 glass of whey or 1 dose of protein powder
    • 09:00 - 1 glass of low-fat milk
    • 10:00 - 2 glasses of water
    • 11:00 - 1 glass of freshly squeezed juice
    • 12:00 - 1 glass of water
    • 13:00 - 1 glass of meat / bone broth
    • 14:00 - 1 glass of ayran / buttermilk
    • 15:00 - 1 glass of water
    • 16:00 - 1 glass of meat / bone broth
    • 17:00 - 1 glass of whey or a dose of protein powder
    • 18:00 - 1 glass of blenderized fruits mixed with plenty of water
    • 19:00 - 1 glass of fruit tea or ayran
    • 20.00 – Drink water before going to bed

 

On days 14th and 15th, repeat the same of 13th day. If you wish, you can change the order. Be careful not to eat high-calorie and solid foods. The last three days are particularly important.
