Reduce foods containing lactose when you have diarrhea (using the toilet more than three times a day). Be sure to chew your foods slowly and thoroughly. Avoid to consume spices and oil. Read food labels and cut foods containing sugar alcohol out of your diet. You can find these under the names of sorbitol, mannitol, etc. You can support your digestive system with probiotics.
