  • 1 glass of ayran (or if you are vegan: puree 2 walnuts, 3 almonds and a small cucumber with the hand blender and draining)

15:00 - Afternoon (1)

  • 1 small glass of fruit / herbal tea (hibiscus, chamomile, apple, etc.)
