Liquid Phase - List 1
08:30 - Before breakfast (approximately 1 hour before breakfast)
- 1 glass of water (You can flavor it with fruit tea and lemon.)
09:30 - Breakfast
- 1 glass of lactose-free milk (You can add any fruit. Puree the fruit with a blender to make a smoothie)
10:30 - Snack after breakfast
- 1 glass of freshly squeezed juice (apple, pear, cherry, carrot or any fruits of the season)
11:30 - Snack before lunch
- 1 glass of meat broth (You can prefer chicken or bone broth – Also, you can prepare it with any fruits of the season, onion, carrot, broccoli and lemon.)
13:00 - Lunch
- 1 glass of water
14:00 - Snack after lunch
- 1 glass of ayran
15:00 - Afternoon (1)
- 1 small glass of fruit / herbal tea (hibiscus, chamomile, apple, etc.)
16:00 - Afternoon (2)
- 1 glass of whey or 1 glass of meat broth or chicken broth or bone broth
17:00 - Snack before dinner
- 1 glass of water
18:00 - Dinner
- 1 glass of tomato juice (watered it down) or other vegetable juices
19:30 - Snack after dinner (1)
- Reward Time!
- 1 small glass of compote juice, tea or fruit juice (optionally you can drink what you want except fizzy and caffeine-included drinks)
20:30 - Snack after dinner (2)
- 1 glass of water
21:30 - Snack after dinner (3)
- 1 small glass of almond milk / coconut milk / soy milk or freshly squeezed juice
22:30 - An hour before bed
- 1 glass of water
