- Herbal tea, fruit juice mixed with aloe vera – (120 ml)
- 240 ml of water (You can add a little ginger, cinnamon, clove)
Noon (10:30 - 16:30)
- 120 ml of meat or bone broth (or soup)
- 120 ml of freshly squeezed fruit juice
- 120 ml of sugar-free fruit jelly
- 120 ml of ayran or kefir diluted with water
- 240 ml of water (You can add a little ginger, cinnamon, clove)
Evening (16:30 - 23:00)
- 120 ml of meat or bone broth (or soup)
- 60 ml of coconut milk or 120 ml fruit juice
- 120 ml of tomato juice or vegetable
- 120 ml of sugar-free, decaffeinated coffee or tea
- 240 ml of water
